1-1 breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful tool for self-inquiry and a gateway to the present moment. In our 1-1 breathwork sessions, we will work together to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your breath and its connection to your emotions, energy levels and physical sensations. Through breath awareness and guided breathing exercises, you will learn to deepen your breath, release tension, and support your nervous system. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, low energy or simply looking to dedicate some time for your wellbeing and be held accountable, our breathwork sessions can help you connect with your true self and move towards greater peace and presence in your life.

Just Breathe

At Steel & Soul, what we love about the breath is that it is an innate, natural tool we all have access to. When you connect to it intentionally and know how to move it in specific patterns, it can tangibly shift your state, whether that's from anxious to grounded, tired to energised, or scattered to focused.
