Service Description
Join us for this energising and fun wellbeing morning out in nature. 1) We start with a breathwork session to open up our lungs 🌬️ 2) Followed by a workout/ bootcamp led by Zoe from Yours and Mind fitness💪🏼 3) Then a stretch out/ yoga session led by Kerri (Steel & Soul Yoga) 🧘🏻♂️ 4) All finished with an organic health shot to give you that boost to support you for the week and beyond!🧡 To bring; -Layers so you can take off and add depending on the temperature -A yoga/ exercise mat for the stretch out -Water -An open heart and mind The session is open to everyBODY regardless of experience with this kind of class and regardless of fitness levels! You are welcome and will be cheered on and supported by the dynamic duo Zoe & Kerri! The class is in Central Park, Scunthorpe (exact location details will be in your confirmation email which is sent automatically after booking. Cancellation Policy
Yoga Classes (in-person and online): In case of cancellation, notification must be given (by email to hello@steelandsoul.com) at least 24 hours in advance of the class start time. In this case, your booking can be transferred to another class, time, date or person or you can receive a credit for the value paid. Refunds are not offered. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not transferable or refundable. ‘No shows’ are not transferable or refundable.
