Terms & Conditions
 

Pre- Booking is essential for all in-person events (including, but not limited to, classes, retreats, workshops, courses) as there are limited spaces and you are required to complete the PAR-Q, health and safety form ahead of the class which you'll find linked in your booking confirmation email.

 

All classes are to be paid for in full, in advance at www.steelandsoul.com

 

When booking classes, double check the style, date and time of the class you are booking. Any booking errors are subject to the cancellation and refund policy.

You acknowledge that it is entirely your responsibility to decide whether you consume any food or beverage offered and any event or class without liability to the host.

​

You acknowledge that it is entirely your responsibility to clearly and directly notify Steel and Soul Yoga and any partnering hosts of any allergies and are solely responsible for what you choose to consume at a class or event.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

 

Retreats and Half Day Retreats:

In case of cancellation, notification must be given (by email to hello@steelandsoul.comat least 72 hours in advance of the event start time. In this case, your booking can be transferred to another class, time, date or person or you can receive a credit for the value paid. Refunds are not offered.

Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are not transferable, refundable or eligible to receive a credit.

 

‘No shows’ are not transferable, refundable eligible to receive a credit.

Classes/Events:

In case of cancellation, notification must be given (by email to hello@steelandsoul.comat least 24 hours in advance of the class start time. In this case, your booking can be transferred to another class, time, date or person or you can receive a credit for the value paid. Refunds are not offered.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not transferable, refundable or eligible to receive a credit.

 

‘No shows’ are not transferable, refundable or eligible to receive a credit.

Membership/ Subscription to The Virtual Studio

​

Payments are billed according to the frequency you sign up to (either every month or every year) unless cancelled. For example if you sign up to a yearly membership, this will be billed every year, until cancelled.

​

You are responsible for the account management of your subscription (which can be accessed when logged into your account, via 'my subscriptions'), including your billing date and frequency and therefore, in the event of wanting to cancel, it is your responsibility to do this at the appropriate timing.

​

There is a no refund policy on membership / subscription payments.

​

In case of any appeal regarding the cancellation of your subscription/ membership (perhaps, in the case of a tech problem), record of the cancellation with time and date stamp will be required.

 

General

​

In the rare event a refund is processed, unless a payment has been taken in error by Steel and Soul, refunds will be less a 20% admin charge
