WORKPLACE WELLNESS
Calling all team leaders and managers who would love to support their team's wellbeing! Our workplace wellness offerings are powerful in supporting you and your team physically and mentally via the tools of mindful movement, meditation and breathwork. We offer weekly yoga classes (online or in-person), one-off breathwork workshops (online or in-person) and to come along your team 'away day' or team building session.
Breathwork Workshop
A 45 minute in-person or online workshop where the group is guided on how to breathe more efficiently to support both physical and mental health, as well as the nervous system.
Alongside, practising the specific breathing methods in the workshop, the group will also have a tangible wellbeing tool to take with them and implement in their day-to-day. Contact us to book in your event.
